Program outline

At the convergence of taste, health and sustainability, at the crossroads of ancestral practices and innovation, a guarantee of naturalness and authenticity... Microorganism-based solutions are being identified as a major source of added value for agricultural production and manufacturing of food… from the field to the plate.

The event includes 4 sessions. Each session will include conferences by researchers, food and agriculture companies and innovators. Speakers include Bayer Crop Science, Frucor Suntory, NARO Agriculture Research Center, NARO Institute of Food Research, Agroecology Research Unit (INRAE), Food and Micobiological Processes Research Unit (Unversity of Burgundy), NARO Institute of Crop Science, Centre for the Sciences of Taste and Feeding etc.

Both days conclude with a time-slot for scheduling 1-to-1 meetings with other event participants.
